Cricket Stats
Cricket career stats, match history, team rosters, and performance metrics.

Device and usage information including IP address, device type, operating system, and app activity.
Offline Sync Data
Offline-first match scoring data stored via SQLite and synced with our servers when a connection is available.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of CricScore. This includes:
- Providing real-time match scoring and live video streaming.
- Tracking and compiling your career statistics over time.
- Customizing your experience and personalizing content.
- Improving app stability, performance, and user safety.
- Sending important service updates and notifications.
3. Sharing of Information
CricScore is a social platform for cricket enthusiasts. As such, some of your information is shared publicly with other users on the platform:
- Public Profile: Your basic profile (Name, Username, Avatar) and Career Stats are visible to other users.
- Live Matches: Your participation in matches (live scores, batting/bowling figures) is publicly broadcasted.
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (like Agora for video streaming or Firebase for notifications) necessary to operate the app.
4. Live Streaming & Media
When you use our Live Video Streaming feature (powered by Agora RTC), your device camera and microphone capture real-time audio and video.
- •Temporary Processing: Video streams are processed in real-time to broadcast to viewers. We do not permanently store or record live match streams on our servers unless explicitly stated.
- •Public Broadcast: Any stream you initiate is publicly accessible to users viewing the match scorecard.
- •Audio Data: Voice commentary or ambient sound captured during the stream is treated as public broadcast data.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information, including encrypting data transmitted to our microservices backend via TLS. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
6. Your Choices & Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your profile details directly from the Edit Profile screen. If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data, please contact our support team.
