This policy applies specifically to Contact Hub, our premium relationship assistant and offline-first contact organizer. Your absolute privacy is the core pillar of our product design.
1. Our Core Commitment: 100% Offline-First
Contact Hub is engineered with a strict offline-first philosophy. All your contact books, interaction logs, notes, deadlines, and dashboard statistics are stored and processed locally on your physical device. We have **zero** cloud servers, **zero** backends, and **zero** external databases where your relationship data is synced.
2. Information Processed Locally
When utilizing the interactive functions of Contact Hub, the app interacts with the following classes of data solely on your local device storage:
Address Book Data
Names, numbers, emails, and address structures are scanned locally to identify duplicates and provide cleaner merge solutions.
Interaction Logs
Call dates, message counts, and last interaction timestamps are analyzed to render the "Gone Quiet" alert triggers.
Contextual Notes & Tasks
Rich notes, follow-up deadlines, and custom tags are stored within a secure, sandboxed SQLite local database on your system.
Backup Files
Exported JSON backups are created entirely locally and are stored inside your device downloads folder, completely under your control.
3. Device Permissions Required
To operate correctly, Contact Hub requests access to specific device permissions. You have complete authority to grant or revoke these permissions at any time via system settings:
- •Read/Write Contacts Permission: Used solely to search for duplicate clusters, display contacts within the app, and apply duplicate merge cleanups. Your contacts are never read or stored externally.
- •Storage Access Permission: Used exclusively to export contacts in PDF/Excel/VCF sheets or save JSON backups to your standard user downloads directory.
- •Notifications Permission:Used to deliver follow-up alerts, urgent deadlines, and "Gone Quiet" alerts exactly when you schedule them.
4. No Data Sharing & Zero Selling
Since we do not collect, transmit, or aggregate your personal address records, we cannot sell, trade, or share your private information with third parties. Your database belongs exclusively to you.
Any diagnostic reports or crash logs generated by the operating system (e.g. Google Play Console crash telemetry) are fully anonymized and contain absolutely no contact book payloads.
5. Ad Policies & Third-Party SDKs
Contact Hub is supported by premium non-intrusive ads and in-app upgrades. These features are natively integrated inside the application layout to prevent clutter:
- Ad systems (e.g. AdMob) do not read or collect your internal address list.
- Google Play Billing is fully integrated natively and processes payment details under secure Google terms. No raw billing tokens are stored by us.
6. Children's Privacy
Our application does not request, solicit, or gather any information from children. Because we have no access to address books or demographic details, we operate completely in alignment with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) guidelines.
